Thank you for shopping with NATUHANA LASH. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and packed within 12 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from our warehouses in Shanghai (China), the United States, and the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $70 USD.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For most countries in Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East, import duties are already included in the shipping cost. You do not need to worry about additional fees — simply wait for your package.

If your local customs policy changes and additional fees are required, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order to recalculate and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status on the carrier's website.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
